Huge Lion Casually Interrupts Safari Picnic In Kruger Park To Take Some Steak

A huge lion stormed the picnic that a safari group was attending in South Africa’s Kruger National Park, giving them the shock of their lives. The majestic male probably opted to join because of the exquisite flavor of the meat steaks.

While staff at the lodging were putting together a buffet, the group from the UK was taking in the sunset when a lion decided to ruin their plans. Naturally, as soon as the tourists and the crew saw the wild animal so near by, they all ran away.

The unexpected guest approached the table of food as everyone jumped into the cars for their own safety. The lion gave the good food a few sniffs but wasn’t particularly taken with it. So he then, lost his was in the bushes.

The picnic party continued shortly after a guide gave everyone the assurance that the lion was gone. The host claimed that having such a close encounter with a wild lion was a great experience for his guests.
