Pit Bull was found thrown into a junkyard in a hopelessly defeated state. His rescuers encouraged him with Kristina Helfer, who later adopted him.
Frank’s health eventually got better, but Kristina was worried when she saw Frank’s frightening anxiety that she never seemed to let go.
One day, Kristina met a sad 16-year-old Chihuahua named Tito. Tito surrendered to the shelter because his owner was ill and was no longer able to care for him.
With a collapsed trachea, breathing problems and several other health issues, Tito didn’t have much life left in him. The shelter only hoped that Kristina’s home would be a good hospice for him.
When Kristina brought Tito home, Frank immediately sensed that the tiny dog was unwell. Frank spent nights caring for Tito and infused the dying dog with the spirit of life again!
Tito not only got healthier, but he actually started looking forward to life. Frank also went all in, and made Kristina get him a pouch just so he could take Tito on happy rides everyday!
Kristina noticed that Tito’s safe behavior rubbed Frankin, and Pit Bull also began to lose his anxiety! No wonder she calls them wild dog friends!
It is wonderful how their love for each other changed their lives. We wish them many happy years together. Let’s make it known that Pit Bulls are just as beloved as any other breed!
