An Incredible Friendship Between Husky And Duck Surprised A Small Town In Minnesota

Interspecies relationships are not just a struggle for survival. Sometimes the most unusual friendships are formed between the creatures, a story that proves that fur and feathers go well together.

Max was 5 years old when Patrick and Kirsten Riley of Strott, Minnesota decided to adopt him. The couple has another husky, Sasha and the duo quickly became best friends. In any case, Sasha’s time was over and she passed away, revealing the emptiness of loneliness in Max’s heart. The emptiness was quickly filled by a duck.

After Patrick and Kirsten embraced Quackers, Max immediately liked him. Patrick told WCCOTV: “Max is constantly sitting next to his pen, and they just stick together that way. After letting him out, they never left each other.”

“They sleep together, eat together, drink together, walk together,” adds Kirsten. “Everything is together. ”
“Everything is as one. Most of the time, the couple hangs out along Highway 28. Their relationship is so good, that people even stop their car to appreciate it.”

Strout has only 25 residents, so the match has turned out to be notable in the area. “Sometimes when I go home, I really trust that they come out to improve my day,” says neighbor Alisa Godejahn.

“We see people stopping to watch them every day. Traffic is congested there because people take a lot of pictures with them. Check out the unlikely duo, below!
