Rescue workers in New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania were called for a collapsed house and were told that Husky was tied up in the backyard.
The poor dog seemed very thin because he was hungry and dehydrated. He also had an oversized chunk on his back.
He was surrounded by dung and was outside in the freezing cold. Unfortunately, his kennel was also destroyed. That is, he was neither warm nor protected from bad weather.
Fortunately, the beautiful puppy has been rescued and is now spending her days at a local animal shelter. They take care of him, and when he is ready he will be put up for adoption. But no one knows why and who left him there. But most importantly, he is no longer alone, someone will take care of him.
